Bridge House Restaurant — Restaurant in Reading

I eat here twice a week. I love my ham and cheese omlette. My co worker was hungry last week so I got him the biscuits and gravey. He took 2 bites and spit it out and said it was the nastiest most tasteless gravey he's ever had. (His bacon was also black but oh well on that) he threw it away and said it was just nasty. So I called the resturant to tell them... and the girl who anwserd the phone was the rudest person I've ever dealt with there. It was a girl. And I just said "thus gravey taste like it's from a can" cause the sausage chunks were perfect squares. And you can't just cut them like that when making homeade. And she got the biggest attitude before I could say anything else and rudely put me on hold and I waited about 7 or 8 minutes before hanging up. This was last Thursday and I'll...

Stopped in while visiting and got an order to go. Got back to where I was staying and the order was incorrect. It had to be an entirely different order because nothing was correct. I called and let them know and had to be somewhere that's why we got it to go. They told me to call back on the next day. I called the next two days and my name and number was taken down and they were going to "call me back". After never hearing anything, I called back a week later and was told the same thing if I left my name and number. A call back is the polite thing to do if you're going to correct the situation or not. Horrible...

First time here. Only customer in restaurant Ordered breakfast special #4. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes plus 1/2 order biscuits and gravy. Ordered over easy eggs got scrambled. Pancakes not cooked all the way. 2 bites done. No one asked how food was so nothing said. Biscuits and gravy. No sausage. Jyst canned pepper gravy. Can no one make homemade sausage gravy any more.
