From the moment I stepped into Luxe Redux, I was greeted with kindness and understanding. Despite a slight delay due to another bride purchasing her wedding dress, I was happy for the previous customer who had found their dream dress. This is an important decision; sometimes, it might take slightly longer than expected. But remember, it's all part of the beautiful and memorable experience of finding your wedding dress. So, if you have to wait, remember it's not intentional; everyone deserves their time finding their dream dress. When it was my turn to start trying on dresses, my stylist, Alyssa, arrived, and I immediately felt at ease. She made the once-in-a-lifetime experience of shopping for my wedding dress even more special by making me feel beautiful and confident. Alyssa understood my style better than I did. The first dress I tried on wasn't the one I chose, but it was beautiful, and I tried it on to get out of my comfort zone. The next dress I tried on differed from what I thought I wanted. Once I put it on, I instantly fell in love with it. It was different from what I had envisioned, but it was undoubtedly THE dress for me. I took the dress off and asked Alyssa privately more about the dress. Alyssa told me the price and that it had just come that week. I immediately knew it was the one. The moment I tried it on again, I was overcome with emotion. Everyone agreed- this dress was me. Alyssa then helped me accessorize with veils and earrings, enhancing my confidence even further. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Alyssa. I am so glad she was my stylist because I couldn't have had a better experience. Going into this, I told my mom that I just wanted to try on a dress and buy a cheaper one online because I didn't think I would find the dress for me. Well, guess what? I FOUND THE DRESS for me!! I can't recommend Alyssa enough. I also recommend having an idea in your mind and being open to anything. After we left, everyone talked about how amazing Alyssa was and how the day was so fun. Everyone said that the dress couldn't have been more perfect. I agree, too. You are in more than good hands if you have Alyssa as your stylist. I can't thank her enough for this wonderful experience.
THANK YOU ALYSSA!! YOU ARE AMAZING. I CAN'T...
Read moreI have been following Luxe Redux on Instagram for a couple years now, and would always send the most beautiful dresses they posted to my friends saying I can’t wait until I’m engaged so I can go here and try on and see all the gowns they have in person! And so, come last October when I got engaged I knew immediately I had to come to Luxe for shopping! I live in California and so I waited and resisted the urge to shop by myself out there until I was able to come to Cincinnati and have Luxe be my first wedding dress shopping experience!
And one was all I needed! From the minute we walked into Luxe I felt special and important. Brittany explained how the appointment would go and then introduced us to Matthew who would be my stylist for the day! We went through my pinterest board to get a sense of what I liked and then we went around together and he picked some then let me pick some dresses as well! They were very open and communicated the entire time with how everything would go! And when I tried on dresses and loved it, but wasn’t sure about a certain element, he helped me envision what we could do to give it that extra sparkle in alterations to help! When I found the dress I was pretty positive was the one, Matthew didn’t force me to try on anymore dresses if I didn’t want to, just asked if I wanted to! Which I did just to double check and make sure the one I had found was the one.
I cannot over-exaggerate how happy this appointment made me!! It was everything I dreamed it to be when I envisioned shopping for a wedding dress and I would 100% recommend the shop to anyone! Their selection was gorgeous and the prices were amazing as well! The staff was so so sweet and thank you so so much to Matthew for everything...
Read moreTerrible experience. I had scheduled an appointment nearly 3 months in advance. On the day of my appointment we showed up maybe 15 minutes early. We walked into the salon and there was no one in site, just a large group that I assume were waiting on assistance from someone. Me and my cousin started browsing the dresses in the front room not knowing we weren't suppose to touch them as there is no sign nor anyone there to tell us not to. The lady at the front desk came out and asked me my name and then just said they would let me know when they were ready. So we were making our way around the room and a stylist or worker came into the main room and as she was leaving she yelled out across the room, "Do not touch the dresses, I hate to be that person" in the most rude and hateful tone. The lady at the desk then turned to and said very hatefully "You all need to go across the street and get a drink or something, we're not ready for you." Basically kicking us out. We did not return when they let us know they were ready. We went down the street to another salon and had the best experience. We visited nearly all shops in the district that day and have to say that this salon was the worst of them all just from how rude they were from the start. Not to mention the rude email that is sent to you regarding their cancellation policy and how they charge you a huge fee and that no excuse matters. Would not recommend to anyone, there's so many other shops with nice and caring stylists in this district. Also just a tip- maybe get a sign that asks nicely for people not to touch the dresses in the front room and you wouldn't have people...
