Kaleidoscope Coffee — Restaurant in Redding

What a fun discovery! A new location and a drive thru at that, for this coffee place. I've only been to the smaller location, where inside seating is available, so discovering this newer location by accident was wonderful. And when it's pouring rain and cold 🥶, it's nice to stay in your car, being warm, toasty and dry!

The woman who took my order was new to the location and company, but she was so very friendly, helpful and patient, I wish I knew her name to give her a proper public compliment.

The hours are a little funky, cause they close so early in the evening. Being a drive thru it would be nice if they had later hours. But maybe there's not a lot of traffic...

I went through and ordered some coffee on my way to take my daughter to school and im pretty picky when it comes to my coffee and he didn't complain about it at all and provided exceptional customer service, and when his coworker messed up my coffee, so I turned around and came back and told him what was wrong and that I wouldn't drink it he smiled and said not a problem we want u to leave here loving ur coffee and went and made it correctly, actually he probably made it the best coffee I have had since I was a batista and could...

I love this coffee shop! I take my clients on little trips here, cause they love coffee, and this place is really great! It's close to their hoke, and the employees are amazingly patient, while my clients are deciding on what they want to drink! Sometimes, it takes the clients a bit, to make their decisions, and the workers, always have a smile on their faces, and ready to explain each drink they ask about! They are great! Fast at making the drinks, and getting them out to us! Wonderful...
