Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam ya guy pulled up to PRRM&D needin a quick fix bite, but did I find one here? 👇
No, I didn't. The place is fairly busy being one of the few stops for eats in the immediate area... its a lil confusing navigating the half convenience store, figuring out what to order, and where to order it but overall there's a wide variety of on the go options.
The problems fall when you order something and ask for it to be made...its a small kitchen are and it takes a bit of time. So expect to wait a bit.
Overall I was 50/50 on the sandwich I got. It was like a classic italian chicken cutlet w/proshoot. The flavors were there but I asked for the sammie heated and what I got back was the chicken separate from the breading of the cutlet! 🤔
Like why build a cutlet sandwich in advance if you know the breading is going to sog and slide right off?? It doesn't take that long to assemble chicken, proshoot, roasted peppers, muzz, and balsamic glaze does it?
Anyways imma say it's ok but they could be really good if they focused a little better considering the...
Read more7 out 10 times I come here I have the same experience which ends in waiting way too long for my sandwich. More often than not when I go there and order my food in person my food comes out and I will sit there for 10 or 15 minutes looking at it not sure if it’s my order or someone else’s. I only received it if I go back to the counter and ask if my order is ready, which then they give me cold sandwiches that sometimes are made correctly and sometimes not. Today’s experience was unique in the aspect that I ordered sandwiches and watched them give other customers orders that came in after me. I had asked if my order was ready at the 15 minute mark and then they started my order which took another 10 minutes. It feels like there is a large disconnect between customers that order and their process on getting it to their customers. Maybe asking for a name and calling it out when it’s ready? Maybe making sure food tickets are cooked in order of when they come in? Unless you have a half hour to spare and energy to check on your order to get it, I...
Read moreGreat sandwiches, good neighborhood type place for groceries and ready made meals. UPDATE: We've been neighbors and supported this local business for a number of years. We understood any issues during the pandemic and have really tried to be forgiving. Bottom line, they're not attentive to customers orders and yet feel justified in charging the same price for less than what's represented on the menu. Examples- order called in. Go at time specified to pick up order. No line. But the hot sandwich we ordered is nowhere to be found and workers are chatting with others. We finally get the now not warm order home and it's not correct + things missing. Disappointed. New order of a Happy Hummus for someone on restricted diet. Asked for twice the hummus and said we'd pay extra. Get it home and there's literally less than one and a half tablespoons of hummus on the whole sandwich. Not okay. We'll be going to The SandWedge for our sandwiches from now on. Further away...
