Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

I love round table, but this one is not very good. The first time I ordered from them they were about 45 minutes late on the delivery, the pizza was....weird but I couldn't put my finger on it other than there was barely any pepperoni on it, and it was a pepperoni pizza. Tonight we tried again, and I gave a $10 tip to let them know I am a good and respectable customer ❤ I like to give multiple opportunities, after all it could have just been a busy night! Tonight the zaa was delivered right one time! I noticed right away the box was kinda soggy on the bottom, which was weird. When I opened it I saw that my Maui zaui was missing a few key ingredients, no green onions, and like seriously hardly any sauce. I went to grab a slice, and it was so undercooked that everything slid off of it, cheese and all, back into the box, the crust white and limp. The breadsticks were also undercooked. I gave it all a try cuz you can't judge a book by its cover!! This is the second time I leave a 1 star review for this Round Table and this time I’m not deleting my review. A few months ago they messed up my Uber Eats order. After I left a 1 star review, the manager tracked down my order, found my phone number from my Uber Eats profile and called me to come back to the restaurant to speak with me. She apologized and gave me two free lunch combos in exchange for deleting my review. I agreed and deleted my review.

Tonight I placed an Uber Eats order at 5:45 PM with a pickup time of 6:18 PM. I arrived on time, gave my name, and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. When I asked why, since I ordered 30 minutes ago, the employee yelled at me to "speak up" because she "couldn’t hear me." Apparently, you have to YELL just to be acknowledged here.

I left, came back 20 minutes later, and was told my order had been ready, but they “called my name” and left it sitting there. The wait times on Uber Eats are completely inaccurate, the staff is rude, and I refuse to be bribed with free food again.

This is NOT how you run a business, and people deserve to know. So this time I will not be deleting this review in exchange...

We ordered pizza from this location at around 8:00 p.m. we got a phone call 25 minutes later saying that none of the staff showed up for their schedule so they had to cancel our pizza and would refund our money or send me a coupon for a free pizza, this never happen so I called today 8/15/22 to ask if I was still able to receive my money back or a pizza, after a long argument on the phone as to me telling the truth or not even with my recipe and invoice, he finally agrees to the failed attempt on their side to refund my money, I took the pizza option and I'm sorry I did! The most disgusting, flat, no cheese, 12 pepperoni on the entire large pizza hardly any sauce and the pizza was like cardboard. I'll be talking to corporate! also the 2 staff members were rude, the young lady was very pleasant, The male that answered the phone also told me he was the supervisor, I find out that indeed he was not!
