Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Redding

whenever i doordash starbucks and it gets sent to this location i always get my drink handed to me in a sealed bag on top but leaking from the bottom because they don’t use cup holders at this location so the drink ends up getting tipped over. they just throw the drink in the bag with out a cup holder and don’t give doordashers any heads up.. it only ever happens when my order is sent to THIS specific location. i have doordashed starbucks from multiple locations.. to family and friends houses and even to my work and my drink always comes in a cup holder in a sealed bag.

i order coffee today around three and once again, i got my drink delivered tipped over. this is the third time this has happened!! i have called and made multiple complaints yet have not seen a change.

if you doordash starbucks, ask your dasher what location they are picking up from! ask them to make sure the workers use a cup holder since these emoloyees have no common sense. you’d think since they are charging $7+ for a cup of coffee they’d make sure it gets to you...

I moved to the Bonneyview area recently and this has become my go-to Starbucks location. I have had only wonderfully pleasant experiences here. The baristas are all delightful and kind, even in the midst of a rush.

Yesterday when I came in to grab my mobile order, they were clearly very busy with a big drive thru line and an apparent equipment malfunction, which caused orders to become backed up. I could tell the staff were diligently rushing to get caught up. I had secondhand stress just watching them! But even so, every person behind the counter that I had the pleasure of interacting with was incredibly sweet, and they worked together to make sure my order, and all the others, were made correctly and as quickly as possible.

These baristas are like a well-oiled machine. I give my kudos to the staff here at this location - you guys are awesome, and I appreciate you.

I usually love this location its my go to Starbucks however, when I got there at 530 a.m. before my shift they never greeted me or took my order sat at the speaker for 5 min while a car pulled behind me and we both sat there a couple more minutes. No communication that they were closed or there was an issue. It said they open at 5am online and I verified on the drive thru window as well. Lights were on in the menu board and there were workers as I drove past the window to the dt but when I drove up to the drive thru window after sitting at the order taking box for a while with no greeting, all the workers were gone. Or hiding. Who knows. If they don’t want to work or deal with the public this early maybe have them open later. Save your guests the disappointment and...
