Subway — Restaurant in Redding

I've had another bad experiences at this location with the service and waiting in line so long! and I've tried to respond to store owner! Fist time seem to want to help! though after waiting 3 or 4 months to go back same issues the sandwich was very dry bread. Quality has gone down! They don't participate in these chicken sandwich deal! They're out a iced teas like every time I go in there to try to get it! The machine is allways broken and there other special drinks where all out to! It's always broken every single time! Fix the problem please and have extra help at lunch hours! Store was clean and the only employee I saw was very friendly and polite, though I do not remember what his name was. He washed his hands before putting on his gloves, then proceeded to make me two very nice, very delicious sandwiches.

That employee was also very helpful, as I had ordered an Italian BMT but let me know that the Spicy Italian was on sale and that was what I had actually meant to order in the first place. So, that employee helped me to walk out with the correct sandwich too. He was awesome!
