Called them to get my R6 up to speed on maintenance after just buying it. They said they couldn't see it for over a week so I had to make an appointment for the next Saturday. I asked if i could drop it off the day before cause i have work on Saturday and they said that was fine, they said it wouldn't get worked on any faster than 9am. On Saturday which was when my appointment was. I asked when on Saturday should they be giving me a call to give me a run down on what needs to be done and how much. And I stressed how I didn't want the bike sitting outside all weekend and wanted to be assured I could pick it up before they closed and the service advisor said "10am." so Saturday came and it was 4:50pm 10 minutes before closing and I HAD TO CALL THEM and he said they looked at the bike but haven't had the chance to call me yet. He said if they couldn't call me before closing they would call me Monday morning. Well Monday Monday came and went and no call on Monday at all then Tuesday came and no call finally it was around noon on Tuesday and I just drove there and asked what was going on and why I kept getting put on the back burner and the service advisor didn't explain what went wrong he just ignored my comment and pulled my work order from the very bottom of his paper stack and started looking up the work invoice. So with all that in mind I wasn't going to give the shop that gave me the run around the job so I took the 1200.00 in work to a other local business and they had half the repairs done in 2hrs and waiting on parts for the other. I own two businesses and you ALWAYS keep your customers in the loop. The professionalism of his service advisor is not up to parr. First miss: ordered a TTR 50 for my sons birthday (November). Ordered in August 2021. Was told âno problemâ, âbe here in plenty of time.â November came and went. I then decided I would make it a Christmas gift. Christmas came and went. Mind you they required a deposit for the order. Zero follow up from the staff. I received a call in February 2022 that my bike had arrived (6 months post order). I had since purchased from another dealer out of area. What a joke.
Second (and final) miss: Called multiple times to order a simple part. If and when they answered, no one knew where the part was or if it had been ordered. I went to shop in person. After 10 minutes of 2 employees staring at their keyboards before acknowledging me, I was asked âNeed something?â I was told part would be in within 4 business days. You guessed it, two weeks elapses. I call for follow up, told I would get a call back after they âlooked into it.â No cal back. I call again and am told part will take a couple months. Lol. No!

So I haul them there from 1.5 hrs away. I arrive and they told me I had to leave them. But manager checks it out. Goes to start sled second time and doesn't put tension on the rope before pulling and yanks on it breaking the internal gear catch. I talk the mechanic into checking it out ( nice dude) he didn't get it figured out. They have me leave them for their other guy to do. So I leave them drive back home.Next day I call for update no answers said they would call back shortly. No call back. I call four hours later no answers again said they would call back. No call back. Next morning I call they say they can't program the keys. I drive back down 1.5 hrs hook up trailer talk to desk lady she says they we're supposed to check them out this morning and might be able to do it. I'm pretty unhappy at this point. Mechanic checks it out can't get them programmed. Super poor communication with their team. So I now have 6hrs drive time and a broken gear and No programmed keys.
