Arrived at Brasada Ranch to celebrate a birthday dinner and found out the fine dining restaurant was closed for a makeover, but the Ranch House, a casual spot, was open.
Reluctantly we took a table...what a pleasant surprise!
Although casual, the atmosphere was really nice with a beautiful view of the Cascade Mtn range.
Service was great..a young man from Italy was our server and terrific!
The menu was limited, as expected, but our choices were fantastic.
I had the buttermilk fried chicken, and my lady had a Steelhead special.
Both were superb...what a great meal!
My compliments to the chef for such wonderful krafted plates.
Im hoping the same chef is planning the menu for the new restaurant opening in a couple of days. We will go check it out.
I encourage everyone to take the beautiful drive out to Brasada for a wonderful dining experience. It was such a nice break from the stale...

We were willing to be patient, but not willing to waste half a day waiting for breakfast. Very disappointing and we will not return to...

Despite being nearly empty most times, service is consistently slow and inattentive.
The menu itself includes uninspired butchering of bar favorites with a horrible excuse for pizza and nonsensical takes on classic dishes. Even the buffalo wing, which has literally three ingredients- franks, butter, and chicken wings is wrong.
Cocktails are similarly disappointing.
It would take one weekend and a basic restaurant consultant to make this place...
