Had a wonderful dining experience at Wild Rye Restaurant in Bend! We enjoyed their Sunday harvest dinner, which features a preset menu with farm-to-table dishes. The quality of the food was excellent - you can really taste the freshness and care that goes into sourcing local ingredients.
I highly recommend The Trickster cocktail - it was absolutely delicious and a perfect complement to the meal. The portion sizes were decent for sharing, though not huge, but the quality more than made up for it.
The service was fantastic - our server was attentive and knowledgeable throughout the evening. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of upscale casual, making it a great spot for a special meal without being overly formal.
The farm-to-table concept really shines here, and the preset dinner format takes the guesswork out of ordering while ensuring you get a well-curated dining experience.
Would definitely recommend Wild Rye to anyone looking for quality farm-to-table dining in Bend. We'll certainly be back!

Read moreThis would be a 5 star review. The first night, we stayed, we (my husband and I) reserved a spot for the fire pit and made some smores (which were amazing) and had a couple of cocktails by the fire pit and got one each to go. We then ate breakfast on the third day and had an awesome and simple breakfast. Later that day my husband tried to order two cocktails to go for our cabin and was told that to do to go drinks, he would have to order a "substantial amount of food"... We where about to grill up some steaks as we head back up to the cabin and thought a cocktail would be nice after a walk and while cooking dinner.
This might seem petty, but the fact that Oregon is allowed to go cocktails for restaurants, this policy makes no sense and just lost money. If this is there policy, I can stay at a different, near by resort and get a beverage to go to drink in my room.
Update: Daniella has made it where I will never stay at brasada ranch. She did not read and/or understood my messages and wrote...
Read moreDo not waste your time and money, go eat at the Ranch House not the Range restaurant and bar. Got seated at 6pm, on time for our reservations for 2. Our waitress was Crystal, she finally came to take our drink order at 6:30, and we ordered our food and drinks. Got our drinks from someone else delivered to table at 7:17, and finally got our appetizer at 7:42. Finally got our food at 8:40. Worst experience, service, and mostly waitress I have ever had in my life. We are a young couple and we sat down 20 mins before an older couple near by us, they got there drinks, appetizer, and food all before we got our appetizer. It’s almost like she forgot to put our order in at all, or more likely she prioritized the older couple before us even though we had been seated and ordered well ahead of them. To add: food is very expensive and not worth it at all and they are out of chicken which limits there menu even more on top of only having 5 main...
