Went in for lunch on small business Satuday. Bartender was pleasant until I complained that the onion rings were burnt. She said that is the way they come. Apparently black is a new thing. Took an attitude with us from then on out. They did remake them and they were the way they should have been. Was told they might be cold because they didn't get cooked long enough. They were not. The sandwiches were good as were the sides. Was asked if we wanted more iced tea and at the time we did not, but later when we asked she meaning the bartender said that's why I asked you before. II am paying for food I expect it all to be edible! The cook should never have sent the onion rings out like that. When we did politely ask to have them remade there should have been no argument. Also your menu does say hand breaded by your staff. The ones we recieved in the end were frozen from a bag. Am running out of places to eat in town. This makes the second high priced venue I will not return to. If it had not been for the bartenders attitude I may have given you another try. You need to...

Arrived on a Friday for fish at about 640ish, restaurant was fairly busy. When ordering we were told they were completely out of cottage cheese, salad, coleslaw, French fries. Waited for over an hour to receive our food. Fish tasted good but was slightly over cooked. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were cold. We were never offered a refill once while dining. Waited approximately another 20 mins, had to flag down the waitress to get our bill. It was rung up incorrectly and had to wait to have it fixed. Overall quality was poor. I was very disappointed in the gyros I ordered. I took 1 bite and could tell the meat had a bad taste to it. Also the pita bread was very dry to the point it would not hold a fold. I took it to the waitress to let her know and she just said"ok". I Gave her my plate, she took the gyros and I kept the tots. When the bill came I was charged FULL price for a sandwich I didn't eat. I told them I would pay for the tots, but the Bar tender said "that's just the way it is". She seemed be be hostile about the whole thing.
