My experience with this company started with needing a Dock & Deck Mount. The very nice woman on the phone took the time to check inventory. When she came back, her answer was "I have it right here on my desk." It was shipped within a half day. After I received it, I was comfortable ordering a new polyester US flag, which arrived on the 3rd of July. During this transaction, there was an issue with the shipping charge. The very nice man who took that phone call adjusted the charge in real time, and he offered me more than I had coming.
