So I have been to this Pizza Ranch location many times over the years. The food is always great and the customer service is phenomenal. Today was no different. Pizza Ranch just recently opened up again for dine in after the shut down due to Covid-19. The whole buffet is available, but it is cafeteria style. Meaning they make the plates for you, and you simply tell them what you want. The whole place was very clean and orderly. The staff was very attentive and was always at my call whenever i needed them. The chicken was fresh and so was the pizza. When I told the lady that i wanted a raspberry tea too drink she even suggested adding a shot of lemonade. Which was a great idea and she even brought me a second drink without me having to ask. Excellent location. I deffinitely can recommend.

Probably the dirtiest Pizza Ranch I have ever been to. Couldn't sit where we wanted as all the tables were dirty. In the back section, four more tables were dirty there too. Trash and food on the floors. Most of the food was nowhere near required food holding Temps, meaning it was cold to the touch. Very slow to refill anything. If they refilled it at all. Pasta was dried out and crunchy. Was going to picture it but employee was hovering over table making us very uncomfortable. They certainly weren't filling or cleaning snything. Far from impressed with this Pizza Ranch. This one has a LONG way to go to even get close to the Portage location.

Was told Reedsburg is better than Baraboo, totally disagree, the pasta on buffet was literally crispy (looked like it had been there since they opened, soaking in grease), chicken was raw, the chocolate chip cookies was dry and basically turned to powder when cut with a fork.

Always top shelf best service of any pizza ranch that I have experienced ! I live in the Twin Cities Minneapolis saint Paul Minnesota and I literally enjoy driving well over 200 miles to come to ONLY the stellar Reedsburg location ! The entire staff is Above Expected!!

THAT BEING SAID... Myself and my friend made the mistake of going to THE OTHER Lake Delton pizza ranch location where they would, if I could give a one star rating ! Almost the entire time we were there only Came to remove our plates from our table ! Sadly several times the very youthful teenage staff would be on the floor literally conversing with themselves hands and pockets not doing any tasks. When we entered the building at lake Delton it was very slippery tile entrance which is unforgivable if non sure-footed patrons were to walk over it.... I hate to think of the possibility of injuries likely . The equipment at Lake Delton was laughable at best ice cream machine broke down, no coffee or coffee cups, both the tea offerings and the soda fountain had a almost moldy flavor backdrop to the weak imbalanced flavorings … Chicken was greasy😖 salad bar was at least 30% less than that of Reedsburg. For example the hard boiled eggs which should be discs and slices must have been ground up in a food processor all the same color yellow no evidence of hard boiled eggs just a rubble appearance which passed for hard boiled eggs. Even the napkin dispenser at our table was missing the usual advertisement on the outside of it…!

God HELP THE LAKE DELTON LOCATION !

All I can say is the the professionalism and quality of food at the Reedsburg location far outshines any other pizza ranch that I have experienced in my travels and that is...

Since I've only been to this location in Reedsburg, and the one in the Wisconsin Dells, I cannot give you a decent perspective in relation to many of these Pizza Ranches. This pizza ranch is smaller than the one in the Dells, and sits in a strip mall next to other businesses I did not look closely at. Since this was my second time to a Pizza Ranch in so many days, I could easily see the differences between them. The wait-staff was absolutely amazing. They were full of good humor and mirth, and I did not feel uncomfortable right from the moment I arrived. The food was on par with the other location, although this one has Mac&Chi, and while it was not the best I've ever had, it certainly sated my need to the creamy concoction. The selection of pizzas was plentiful, the salad bar was full of choices for an excellent salad if you so chose, and the chicken area was also well stocked. I was able to order the pizza I like the most right from the start, so I wouldn't have to wait long for it. Hint: go for the Tuscan Roma, it's AMAZING!

All in all this is an excellent place for pizza, and pizza buffet.

Of note: pizza buffet is at specific times during the week, but all day on...

We eat at pizza ranch about once every other month. We like the other ones in the area however this one falls short of the mark. We waited 5 minutes for the person to come check us in. Then out of the 5 dirty tables we picked the cleanest and sat there. We then went to start off with salads which there was none. I decided to start with chicken and it was so tough and over cooked i could hardly eat it. Then there are 5 teenage boys next to us flirting with the waitresses and causing a ruckus. The manager had to come out and tell the boys they had to leave or give the girl back her id and he had to do the "countto 5" tactic.... I have my 11 yr old daughter now asking what some of the vulgarity means... we each ate one plate and left. There was hardly any food to pick through unless you wanted pineapple pizza, overcooked chicken, or those dippers. I will never be caught back at this one. I would have asked for my money back but we never saw a waitress other than the ones causing issues with the boys. Multiple other people came after us and were standing around waiting for tables to be...
