Uncle Ed's Front Porch — Restaurant in Rehoboth

A hidden gem, that's for sure. This place is in the middle of nowhere, but the seafood is also out of this world, so it totally makes sense. The name, "and good food" is not a lie, we had clam cakes, fish and chips, fried shrimp, and a few other things. Boy was it all brilliant. The ice cream is also made with really good ingredients. They had a ice cream with cashews in it, and it really did have lots of nuts in it. I don't know how the owners can afford such high price quality ingredients and stay in business.

The owner is really nice too, and will come out and talk to you if the place is slow. I've heard weekends are very busy, but if you go there during the day, it's usually pretty slow. Would definitely recommend this to someone who...

Amazing time in exploration of this very old business in a new building out on route 44 in Rehoboth. They were staffed the best group of young people of whom are so engaging and know their products so very well. The flavors change daily and it is always diverse so I'm told! I was adventurous and chose the carrot cake and the portions were so generous. If your out on 44 and need a pick me up, don't missout on the creamy, smooth variations on great ice cream...
