HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my work come here frequently and always spend approx $60 each time. I recently placed an order over the phone going off of their online menu. When I got to the restaurant and paid the Balance seemed higher than usual, I looked at the receipt and they had increased all of the prices some even doubled!! I was way overcharged, when the women came out to give me my food (Silvia) I pointed out the increase and asked why I wasn't notified of the dramatic increase in price when I put in the order, she was super rude and told me to take the food or leave the food and get the money. While I was talking to her she said I needed to take it up with the owner and she walked away from me(While I was in the middle of talking). I went up to the counter and asked for the owners information, she pointed at Silvia and stated that she was the owner. I was surprised since she had just told me she had no authority to do anything about the over charge. I advised the front counter girl that Its not about the money I just want to make sure you tell people that your prices are changed when they call in an order because this was a shock. Silvia then begins to yell at me in front of a restaurant full of people yells at the front desk girl to give me the difference back and then tells me she will no longer be taking mine or my office's orders anymore. This is HORRIBLE customer service, this horrible women mistreated me so badly and then says even if I wanted to give the place another chance she wouldn't accept my business? On top of that the food was disgusting this time the quesadillas were so greasy we couldn't even eat them, they forgot one of our tacos, I asked for no Pico they put tons of Pico on it. 1.0 star rating 6/21/2016 Love the food, hate the service. The last 3 times I ordered they got my order wrong.

1st - I called in an order for 10 papoosa's to share at work. The order was waiting on the counter when I go there but I didn't know it was mine. I got there, paid for the order and was asked to wait. 2 minutes before I was due back at work I walked up and asked them what the hold up was. They looked around, saw it was sitting on the counter. When I asked why I had to wait when it was already done they said that it was such a big order that I should expect to wait....WHAT????

2nd - I called in the same order as the above. I got there and they had put 14 papoosa's in my order, even though I only ordered 10. When I caught the mistake they said, "More to share" because it was already bagged up and they still charged me for the 14.

3rd and last time I will EVER GO BACK - I ordered a veggie quesadilla with a side of their creamy chipotle sauce. I was charged for it but when I got back to work and opened the order, it wasn't there! I called them and they said "What do you want us to do about it?"

Second time going and getting charged for the wrong things or things added on!! Ordered a regular chicken and cheese quesadilla and was charged for their stacked quesadilla which I didn’t request and to make it even better the whole bottom of the quesadilla was burnt. Also asked for cilantro sauce on the side for a bowl ordered instead got the the bowl with sauce and a whole additional container of cilantro lime sauce on the side that we were charged for! First time was a big order and when ordering guac and chips got charged for their whole catering sizes.
