Horrifically long lines ALL THE TIME. Often only one incompetent person working. Constant mistakes in our orders. Food quality is poor. Everybody attempting to get coffee is generally miserable. There are too many issues, indicating that the management doesn't care. If Peet's were smart, they'd close this location... it's doing way more harm to the brand than good. Why 3 stars? I'd give it 1 star for this reason....They buy Costco pastries and then put them out for resale. LOL GO TO COSTCO and buy yourself the pastry.
