Wow. This place is unbelievably bad. When I was literally taking more order an older lady was very rude to me when I was asking simple questions. I finally placed my order only to find out that the fountain drink machine was broken and they had to get my drink manually which is fine except for the fact that it took like 5 minutes to get me a Dr Pepper. I ordered simply a box and I kid you not, it took them at LEAST 20 (if not 30!) minutes to get this simple box. (Me and a couple friends were the only people here!!!!!) Everybody was mad at each other in the back and it was a chaos fest. I could tell none of these workers, especially the manager who looked like he just saw a ghost, had greasy hair and bloodshot eyes and the thickest most unintelligible country accent and was rude to me when I asked where the frick my food was when I had been waiting unreasonably long (again about 25 minutes for a box). I finally got my food, and the chicken was a bit undercooked, but it could have been worse, nevertheless it did not make up for the fact that I could’ve gone to McDonald’s down the street and had finished my meal by the time they gave me mine. When I walked in the bathroom before I left this place, there was mold and broken tiles everywhere. There was literally a cleaning list (that they obviously weren’t following) that kept reinforcing facts like “clean the WHOLE toilet”. Read moreOmg I worst all I asked was not to include biscuit and cashier tried to convince me to just accept it as there is no alternative for 8.50$ just as I was about to accept a really big woman with a round face and huge bottom snatched my food from her and yelled you are holding my line up so pay more 11 something. I noticed her agitation and politely asked her me. She refused and then said she will not give me food and came up to the window, closed it and showed me her back with her bottom against the window! My was I shocked ! She seemed to be uncontrollable could not reason with her anymore. I waited thinking she would calm down but she opened the window back up and said if u don't leave I will call the police. I was able to appeal again could I have some food she said an emphatic no. But once she said she was calling the police I realized her whole bizarre behavior must be because of my color ... Can't imagine what else. KFC might need to do some extra customer service training and anger management. I will suggest asking a customer with special requests like that to pull up to the parking area to discuss her dietary requests. The only reason I did not want the biscuit is because it's typically very salty and I am on a low salt diet. For a dietary request I was literally threatened with the police. Very sad ... Read moreI had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this KFC location on the evening of 7/16/26. I ordered a 4-piece meal and, while waiting, asked if I could get the crispy chicken instead of original. I was told they didn’t have any crispy available because the cook was at the gas station. I offered to wait for crispy, but was told that wasn’t possible. I then asked if I could substitute for something else, but was told no.
At this point, I requested a refund before receiving any food. The employee said the manager would help me. When the manager arrived, he was extremely aggressive he grabbed the food off the counter and threw it across the kitchen. He then asked for my receipt, but I explained I ordered from the kiosk and didn’t receive one. The manager became loud, combative, and made several smart remarks. He even threatened to call the police, bragging that he knew all the cops in town. After I mentioned how unprofessional he was.
To make matters worse, none of the employees, including the manager, were wearing gloves while preparing food. This is a serious health concern, especially since one employee had just come back from break and another had just come out of the bathroom.
I strongly urge the general manager to review the security footage from around 7:45pm on 7/16/26. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I hope steps are taken to ensure no other customer has to go...
