BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Reynolds Township

First of all, I want to start off by saying I absolutely love Biggby. BUT, Recently, I’ve been running into some problems with their coffee. And it’s at more than just one location, unfortunately.

This specific Howard city location I always Have to go back and ask for a new fresh make coffee because mine is always burnt and watery taste -absolutely horrid. Went back and got another, and it still taste the same.

This is very frequent at this location and every location I go to.

I always have to call the manager and complain. She changes “the expresso thing” As she referred to it and it’s much better.

Apparently that thing is supposed to be changed every 18 to 20 cups from my understanding and what I was told.

And again, every big location I go to I have the same experience. I would love to hear from the local district MANAGER. We all work very hard for our money and when we pay six dollars for a cup of coffee, our expectations are a good tasting cup of coffee, simply.

Husband and I came through drive thru with a small trailer, waited in a long line and we weren’t able to order through the speaker due to sensors, we figured we could order at the window because we were in line and weren’t able to go around to go inside or turn around due to cars behind us. We got to the window and they wouldn’t let us order, we were told to drive back through(which is why we are trying to order at the window) or try and park somewhere(no spaces) and come in.. we wasted 20 minutes waiting in line like everyone else just to be...

I have always strongly felt that customer service makes a business succeed. The ladies working at our local Howard City Biggby are the sweetest and kindest biggby employees I've come across. I live between 2 locations now and will always travel to HC for a coffee treat. Recently I stopped and I was short a LOT because I forgot my purse at home.
