My daughter received a sandwich that tasted spoiled. She scraped half of the filling out of it and ate half. The second half tasted worse than the first. The waitress asked the owner if she could replace the half of the sandwich she didn't eat. The owner, (or someone who said they were the owner) came to our table and refused to remake the half of a sandwich and refused to comp the bill for half off our daughters sandwich. We took what was left of the sandwich to freeze in case she gets sick. Had the owner just replaced the half our daughter hadn't eaten or comped the bill for half off her sandwich, we wouldn't have taken the uneaten portion. The owner was rude and has absolutely no concept of customer service. She exited the kitchen area with a scowl and her arms crossed.
We used to eat at Catch 120 quite often. We will be going elsewhere from now on. I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy eat there.
There are plenty of other restaurants we can frequent. We shall never darken the door of the rude, off-putting Catch 120 staff ever again.

Are you trying to make yourself look better by saying I erroneously give out bad reviews? I will have you know that I only give a bad review where one is due. Readers can check my reviews back 3 or 4 years and see that most of my restaurant reviews are 4 and 5 stars. This was the first time we have EVER asked your staff to remake a meal or comp a portion of one and we were treated like criminals.

You offered to remake the second meal ONLY if we PAID for it again. The person we talked to said we would be charged for another mealif you remade it. We were NOT about to pay again for something that tasted bad the first time around. Also, I didn't want my meal comped or remade, my husband didn't want his meal comped or remade, only our daughter's. We made it very clear to your staff that since she ate half of the sandwich, that we only wanted that HALF remade. When your owner/ manager refused to do that, we asked that only a PORTION of HER meal be comped. Even THAT was refused. Get your story straight here. What you said happened did NOT happen. Today was a hot day and while me and my fiancée are out riding our motorcycles we decided to check out this place to grab some grub, a drink and cool off…. Well, to start - it was nearly hotter inside the bar than it was outside, we got in and there was no server or bartender for quite a while, the drinks my fiancée got were poorly poured, I got a very sad excuse for a bacon smash burger - the burger was just not flavorful and it was nearly just crumbles of meat barely fitting the bun - I just took the meat off and left the rest, we also purchased the special for $14.99 AYCE fish… my fiancée got just the ONE round and it comes with a lot (which is awesome!) and so like anywhere else - we were going to take the rest of the fish home - until the bartender said we couldn’t take it home. Soooo you want to WASTE food and throw it away instead of let someone take two pieces of fish home? That’s absolute BS. It was the original first plate, not even an additional. That is such a shame.
