I am a really nice customer most of the time. I have been ordering for delivery from these guys for almost 6 years. Was so excited when I learned I had a resource for delivery out where I live. Today I ordered with spotty cell service cause I didn't have power to use my landline. (Had a power outage) She took my order even though she was having a hard time hearing me. The food was delivered in 40 mins as promised with an item missing. I called and told her wanted 2 order of fries, not just the 1 order I recieved. Her response was " you only paid for one, I can tell you that." My response was "that's fine, I still wanted an order." She said it wouldn't take too long. I called back after almost 2 hours and a gentleman answered saying he thought I didn't want the order. I explained that I really still wanted the order. He then says he doesn't think he will be delivering out to me anymore because I am 9 miles away and that no one else delivers 9 miles away. I got upset and explained I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and always order delivery and usually make pretty large orders. My roommate paid for dinner this time and tipped about $5 the first round. I feel like they were very mean to me and treated me very poorly tonight. The gentleman who delivered my food ended up with $10 more tip the second round because I felt it was no fault of his own. (I always tip $10 or more when it's my order because we are so far away). So in one day I lost my internet, electric and only delivery service available to me. Needless to say I was emotional after this restaurant purchase. I have my power and internet back, but I feel like I was terribly wronged by this place. It used to be pizza delivery was up to10 miles, the rules may have changed and I understand that, but it certainly made me feel I was single handedly responsible for this decision when I didn't maliciously...
Read moreI would like to clarify about cat humls bad review. I work at this foxes and I can assure you that we clean everything multiple times a day. As for the High chair and table, it is possible she grabbed it right after someone put it back and picked a booth that had to be cleaned with 8 other clean ones around. Also, I have never in my last 10 years of working in food service had someone complain about us wearing gloves. The coat rack is just that, a coat rack... It is meant to hang coats on so I do not understand why that is an issue either. I really hate when someone gives a bad review and does not even have the decency to address their concerns in person. Now.. Onto the good note... This is my families favorite pizza place , yes it may be a little warm in the dining area but the food is absolutely deliscous! We placed an order for delivery and were told 2 hours(which is way too long) but we figured thats the norm for them so ok. It took almost 4 hours our food was cold and made wrong. it was 830 at nite at that point i was over it. I did call around 8pm and speak to a very nice guy named eric who said manager wasnt there and he would be back tomaro. I called to speak with kevin the owner and he was extremely rude. Didnt even appologize.
