Arby's — Restaurant in Rhinelander

I order through DoorDash about $60 worth of food. Part of the order was a French Dip with double meat and two normal French Dips. I didn't receive a double meat French dip and 1 of the two that where supposed to be just regular only had meat on half the sandwich. I called the store just to make them aware and while I was speaking to a guy on the phone a female in the background starts telling him "I can't just deliver it" with an attitude clear enough to hear through my conversation with the other employee.

I had no intention of asking them to deliver another sandwich, or to even ask for a refund. I called because it was the second time order form them that an issues has come up and I just wanted to make them aware. I wasn't rude on the phone, aggressive, or angry.

I didn't appreciate the attitude so I'm leaving this review. Maybe next time, before you decided to get angry, actually let the customer finish talking so you know what they are trying...

Manager brought out the wrong bag, I politely told her it was the wrong bag after I had opened it to look through the bag… she asked for it back very rudely and asked me to not touch the items in the bag very rudely after walking away, I went inside to wait for the food, and she was angry I was waiting inside. I politely told her I was sorry for “touching” the items in the bag even though I had to see what was in there to discover it was wrong. She was quite rude to me and my family. Placed an order with Door Dash, bag was open (sticker was torn even) which is not the stores fault. But once we looked at our food it was very disappointing. The fry containers were basically empty they didn't even come up to low front part of the container. All the fries were tiny and hard as a rock like we got the "bottom of the bag". We ordered the mac-n-cheese bites which I've had before from here, but these were burned even black on some of the breading and very dried out. We've never had a problem before but this was by far the worst we've ever...
