Burger King — Restaurant in Rhinelander

I feel very let down by this franchise location. After a long day on the road making an important trip my best friend and I were famished and desired a few good dirty burgers that only can be found at Burger King. Upon arrival we were considerably delayed by an inept motorist who had stalled their vehicle at the drive through menu. Fortunately a young man from the franchise assisted the ignorant out of state driver and pushed the vehicle and its occupants clear of the drive through and should be commended. However, after placing our order the young person working the window was careless, obviously incompetent and more concerned with Facebook messenger than our order and neglected an entire sandwich from the order. Unfortunately my best friend is quite disabled and after receiving our order he wasn’t able to confirm the accuracy of the contents. When my girlfriend came out of the restroom she said that one of the ladies that works here didn't even wash her hands. She walk out of the restroom not caring about if I noticed either no shame in her game. That's when I told my girl let's at least charge up our stuff since they got outlets. So we did and that same lady that didn't wash her hands in the restroom is the same lady ended up saying if we buy something then we can charge up our stuff. Since when did you become the budget of burger King. Right away we felt unwelcome these ladies are very unprofessional health penal code for this burger King. I wouldn't buy food here go to McDonald's their a lot more friendlier and the outlets are everywhere. Stating facts. Check out the reviews on other customers that have complaints this is ongoing. Had to wait wayyy too long . Worse though, I watched the drive through kid and runner open my sandwich wrapper and pull my burger apart (to check the toppings on it) 4 different times!! Mine wasn't the only one either, they also did the same with another customers, obviously thinking that they had them mixed up...since the wrappers weren't marked as they should be. Why it took so many times of opening and looking, I can only speculate, however, there's no great mystery in why my food was cold and it took so darn long to get it!!

It may be time to retrain that entire crew! Kitchen on marking their wrappers and front on the health risks of touching people's nasty money and then pulling apart their food without ever washing their hands! Just a...
