Subway — Restaurant in Rhinelander

I am so disappointed with my service today. The lady making the sandwiches was nice, quiet but nice. The one putting the veggies inattentive. She shook the parmesan cheese so hard it was going on more then one sandwich, she whipped the mayonnaise so fast it went on the counter, she took a phone call in the middle of us paying that she walked away for, while our stuff was still sitting on the counter. My husband put the sandwiches on the bag while she was gone. All of this while there were three people were standing by the register waiting, and being ignored, for online orders that were just then being made ... And to top it off my chicken was still cold, and the cookies were hard ... Not pleased about any...

I usually order a chopped salad because my favorite part of a sub is all the veggies inside. This is the second time I have received eye rolls (so big I’m surprised her eyes didn’t stay that way,) huge sighs and smart remarks like “I guess I HAVE to make you a salad.”

I’m sorry, but I’m a huge believer in bettering yourself. If you hate your job, THAT much... find another one. I worked in fast food for 5 years over the span of high school and college. You don’t treat customers that...

Ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and they got my order wrong. The first time I was trying to be nice and understanding, though the person I called started with an attitude until she figured out she was indeed wrong in putting steak on a sandwich that has chicken on the name of it. Then when I got the order the second time, yes it had chicken, but all the toppings were wrong. Thanks for the free cookies, but come on? Two times? I hate leaving a bad review but I did try to let them correct...
