This place is a not so hidden gem and unlike the old location not dinky at all. Breakfast was wonderful as always. I had the Philly Cheesesteak bowl and hubby had the Denver omelet. Took a huge cinnamon roll home to snack on later along with my doggy bag. Had nice chats with both Rick and Terry who also was our waitress. We are here for 2 more weeks and we will be back for breakfast and Fish Fry Friday the last Friday we are in town.

A highly recommended place to eat. Had the fish dinners (beer battered haddock and bluegill). On another day I had the Greek Salmon. Also had potato pancakes. this fine restaurant is one of the few that serves haddock in beer batter. one of the few who's beer batter you can actually smell and taste the beer!! Best fish ever!

I had the fry bread taco special, and it was AHHHHHMAZING. My mouth literally watered while posting these pictures. Not sure if that's an every Tuesday special but don't miss out, seriously. Very friendly bunch of people, they make you feel right at home when eating here.

I wanted to like this place. My wife ordered country fried steak, and I got blueberry pancakes with the intent to share. Most places put more gravy in the country fried steak than we like, so we asked for the gravy on the side. We got country fried steak smothered in gravy AND a bowl of gravy on the side. Not the end of the world, it was good sausage gravy. My blueberry pancakes, on the other hand, were inedible. The tops of the pancakes were overcooked, but I thought I would try anyway. What I got was a bite of dry, well overcooked pancake. The bottoms were burnt. Why would any decent cook think that was ok to serve? We finish breakfast, and see the sign in the table fresh baked muffins. I order two blueberry to go. There is only one, so my wife gets an apple streusel. A few miles down the road, I try to eat the blueberry muffin. It’s cold. Very cold, like it had been at least partially frozen, and it was a soggy, sticky mess. I’ve had better muffins out of rest stop vending machines. As for my wife’s apple streusel muffins? It was a banana nut muffin. Edible, but not what she ordered. The country fried steak breakfast was good; I would stay away from any...

Fish Fry Friday! A great day to visit here with numerous different special fish options. Very pleasant décor and personable staff. Chose the three piece fried haddock meal. Generous portion with three lightly breaded-(one of four options)-and perfectly fried. Firm, moist, and clean with no fishy taste at all. Light seasoning in the breading was nicely complementary as was the in-house tartar sauce. Six different (you get two) options for a side and I chose onion rings and chowder. The rings portion was far more than you would expect, more like a separate order you pay extra for. The soup was clearly made in house and while a bit light on clams it was delicious. DW chose a simple Grilled Ham and Swiss with fries. Meal was just what you would want when choosing this-sandwich grilled to the point of being hot and melty throughout without charred bread and fries fresh and hot not from the bottom of a pre-fried pile. Most enjoyable....

Well the wife and I where super excited to finally eat here after the rebuild and we where completely let down. Sat waiting for our food for a whole hour and all I kept getting was they where trying to work on our 2 plates. I understand some restaurants can get busy but maybe a heads up when you walk in letting customers know they are having trouble getting orders out would help customers who have an agenda decide if they want to wait over an hour for their breakfast. I'm not one to ask for handouts but even maybe an offer of a small discount or voucher for next time would have maybe changed the mood a little bit. Instead all we got was we are sorry we are making the kitchen aware of your order. Nice place and we loved going there 2 times a week for breakfast when it was at the other location. We did not get to taste it this time around since at the hour mark I decided it was too long and the food still...
