Ordered online drove 20 minutes get there and they inform me the kitchen isn’t open at a 24hour McDonald’s so once again this chain of restaurants costed me money my last complaint I put in on this joke of a restaurant I was promised a complimentary meal via corporate management which I never received even after communicating back with them it seems they can’t get things right at the bottom of the ladder as well as the top I will not fathom the thought of spending a single cent at this business indefinitely I will not even consider a Meal voucher that could feed a school district McDonald’s has lost my business and respect period and the sad thing of it all is I actually enjoyed their food but what good is it to me when I’m losing money from them every time I visit gas cost money and to show up to an open one to be told the kitchen is closed that on top of itemizing orders instead of inputting them as a meal which makes it more expensive along with false complimentary meal promises has put the icing on the cake now I don’t know what to tell my 2 year old and pregnant wife well I do and it’s I failed to bring y’all’s food I promised to delivery because they failed me but that’s not their problem it’s mine and who has to deal with that disappointment not the business it’s me so in the end I’m the dad that fell short for my family that’s okay though it won’t happen again at least from me thinking I could count on them to deliver my promise to my son if his nuggets and his mother whom is having concerning complications with this pregnancy just goin to put it out there her kidneys are failing and my unborn daughter has concerning kidney issues as well all I’m doing is trying to make them comfortable because idk how long We have left together if we find out there’s something majorly wrong but I’m a man and that’s my problem it’s just not the thing you want to tell the ones you love that’s expecting you to deliver what they asked for and for that McDonald’s you can close every door you have open and I will put the smile on my face and be loving it like your advertisements promote they deliver God Bless time to go let my loved ones know daddy failed y’all I’m so disappointed in you guys but the disappointment my child will have for me is nothing you want to experience because a 2 years old doesn’t understand that it wasn’t me that fell short it was the business I chose to take care...

I came here with my family and ordered food through the drive thru and went home to eat our food. I got the chicken nuggets since I wanted something light and not too much to eat. Well I thought I was going to eat but come to my surprise I didn’t even get to eat my food. One of my nuggets had a big chunk of white plastic that was in it and I almost swallowed this until I chewed it and felt it in my mouth. I called to advise the mngr and she said to come back and they would replace the nuggets and give me a 10 count this time. I advised this was the worse feeling to have this inside the nugget and find it when the food was in mouth already. She said it had to be a manufacture issue for the nuggets come in a bag premade and frozen. So who is to say this batch didn’t go to a child or my child and they not know to pull it out their mouth and had swallowed it. Then something serious happen to them or even life threatening come from this piece of plastic possibly being swallowed . When I tell you this was no small thin piece of plastic it was a chunk and was white so it blended in with the white meat of the nugget. This whole situation messed my mind and taste up from wanting this food again. With this being said please be careful and aware of what we are feeding ourselves and our children. Kids will want nuggets before most other food so please take caution on your child’s next meal from here. Read moreI can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would. I just experienced awful customer service. Used the mobile app, and the curb side pick up was closed. Used the drive thru pick up option. They couldn't get the order pulled up via this option. The manager borrowed my phone and set up the inside pick up option, and asked us to pull in the curb side pick up parking spot. Someone pulled in the parking lot, walked in and walked out while we were still waiting there. Then someone else pulled in the empty drive thru and got their order and left, while we were still sitting there. Finally my husband went in, and had to remind them what his drink order was. Then when they filled his large drink half way, and he asked that they finish filling it, they got attitude with him.
