UPDATE PLEASE READ I ordered mini churros and a water, when the employee gave me my water it was halfway filled up so she gives me another water. Upon closer examination of the FIRST water she gave me I noticed it had lipstick stains. Which means I was given a cup of water that the employees were sipping on. GROSS!!! Luckily I didn't drink from that cup because if I would have gotten sick I would've been suing the resteraunt and it's employees. I contacted corporate so hopefully something will be done about this resteraunt. Like there is COVID and you were about to give me a cup that one of you guys was drinking, so nasty! Everybody, be super careful and inspect your food before you drive off. Or better yet just don't eat here 💁🏻♀️
James, the manager was RUDE. Last week I found a long human hair in my drink and this time I find dirt in my cup. He tried to accuse me saying this is the second time I have done this". That's when I told him this is the second time you guys- the resteraunt have done this to me and I don't want to get sick, like a hair last week now dirt in my cup come on now! James is a horrible manager and needs to get fired.Inspect your whole meal everyone. James, the manager needs to get fired and the employees need to start wearing hair nets on their heads. I ordered Breakfast Platter... I asked for butter because every time I ordered this meal, I don't get butter, they say they didn't have butter,...ok ... Then when I got home I was about to eat my meal, the hotcakes must have been reheated because they were warm but hard. UNFORTUNATELY, store #((5327)) Was not only absolutely filthy, out of almost all soda in the dining room, all the tables had either leftover food or has not been wiped down all day long. Under the soda machine was completely dirty. Trash was overflowing at exits and drink station. Soda machine operating system inside has syrup and dirt everywhere. How did Management allow this to go on??? Where is you food grade level on the window...none of the employees look happy nor educated of proper procedures or cleanliness. Totally not business environment nor restaurant quality. Had it not been for pressed timing for me I would have went elsewhere. Never coming back to this dirt hole.
