I visited your restaurant last week and had the best service of my life from a woman with really short hair and a British accent. My wife and I had just got some bad news and we were having a horrible day, and your employee was super kind and friendly. She not only took an interest in us and chatted but got us laughing so hard we couldn't talk. We came in feeling miserable but left feeling great. It was amazing. Poor customer service. Was trying to use the BOGO special , didnt realize it was app or online. Lady told me she doesnt believe it applies to her store. So she made me use the app but I felt rushed before going to work. She then started to read the online order even though it wasnt exactly what I wanted. Over price place. I Love subway and eat it everyweek. This morning, I came to this store and order Italian Herbs bread and eggs(I'm veggetarian), they charged me $8.12, I was surprised since some other places from McKinney, Colony, Plano... charge me they charged me $6.05. I thought the price gone up since I have it last week still $6.05.
