Baby Jake's Pizza — Restaurant in Richfield Township

I tried to order a pizza and a crazy bread but the guy was not listening to me and I was told $38. I said hold a min that can’t be right (several times) and he said ok bye and hung up. I called back and got another employee who was also not listening to me. He was trying to take a second order. I asked him to please stop and listen. He was in such a hurry he also wasn’t listening to anything I said but I was able to get him to confirm the price was indeed $38. So, after repeatedly asking him to just cancel the two orders they now had for me, he finally got it. I called pizza company and ordered the same thing for $12 less. I called Jakes back and got a 3rd employee and just wanted to confirm with her the orders were canceled. I explain to her my order with pizza company was smooth, flawless and $12 cheaper and that I’d love to give them a chance if their prices were more reasonable. She said ok and hung up. Apparently they do not care enough to even have a conversation about it. Hopefully they do not show up with...

Normally we have a good experience here, but tonight is was far from. We waited 45 minutes for a pickup. I get busy so nbd. When I got there the employee gave another customer an order. The customer took our order outside before both the employee and him realized it was wrong. It end up being my order! It was out of my sight for only seconds, so I let it slide, but part of me wanted it redone, because of health reasons. I just didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. I should have had them remake it, because when I got home, I saw two of the slices were just bubbled crust with zero toppings, not even cheese or sauce. Very disappointed. I hope their quality isn't declining or we'll be definitely finding another...

I order my food tonight and was told it would be ready at 5:30 online get there was told another 5-10 min fine okay then go back in another 5-10 min then last time I go in told one of my items was took by the delivery driver so would be another 5-10 min then I go In get my food I get home my salad is made wrong not what I ordered my pizza is cold and bread sticks because they were sitting there the whole time waiting for the Stromboli that got took by the delivery driver I love this place never had a problem and the amount I spent this shouldn’t of happen didn’t get told sorry for the long wait your anything this made me not want...
