Terrible customer service. The waitress wasn't very friendly and she took forever with our food and messed up the order (there were not very many people there at all since it is a small place to begin with) We waited so long for our check and she messed that up too (we were in a small group and she put some of our friends orders on our check... So we had to wait longer. The managers wife was there finally helping but there was no 'sorry for the mistake and for waiting.' They were just not very pleasant at all. We were there so late with three kids getting restless. They were an absolute mess and very unprofessional. This was mine and my husbands first time there (actually new in the area) and it was a terrible first time impression. I asked our friends who have been there is the waitress was new and they said no. Not worth going there again since their food is average anyway and I don't support this kind of customer service. 0 stars for me. At least a kind smile and a sorry (not even expecting our appetizer to be free or anything) would have been nice! Especially since the managers wife finally stepped in to deal...

I live a simple 3minute walk away and today was the last straw. My wife, 2 children and myself sat for a nice local pleasant dinner and here comes a band, 3hrs ealry that is, which the staff moved every single table and chair around us leaving us the only ones in the bands way. Very uncomfortable, highly embarrassing to us all and the staff's excuse is that the band is early.

Mind you, its not our first time and they are always understaffed which i have yet to see the owner step up and actually care for the business, especially when they seem to care more about people getting drunk and keep feeding them alcohol than anyone else.

Might be a review you may not agree on, but as someone who loves eating out elsewhere, locally in richland, id rather go to the pizza shop...

I called to order wings To Go. The waitress who took the order never told me that taking out wings is more expensive than eating them there. When I picked up my wings I was shocked that on wing day, Thurs, my bill was 25+ ...I asked why my bill was so high for just wings and the woman explained that wings are not on sale when you order for take out. Why did she not explain this when I placed the order. What is the difference? Wings on sale are wings on sale, as I thought. not!!? And the wings are small and suicide sauce is definitely not suicide. So disappointed. I won't be going back, not for take out or dinning in. Very disappointed. I guess I guess I was supposed...
