Never eating here again! After first arriving at this establishment me and my partner were given dirty looks and were ignored for the first 10 minutes. Then after finally getting seated we were then ignored again for an extra 15 minutes where we did not even get out drink orders taken yet or greeted by any servers. When the server did eventually come to take our order, we ordered food and drinks together as we have already been waiting for an extended period of time.
After bringing back our drinks and taking our order to the kitchen we waited another 45 minutes for our food without seeing our server a second time, and it should be said over the 2 hours we were here the server came to our table a total of 4 times. When the food did arrive the food I ordered was not cooked the way I had asked for it, but I decided it was not a big enough deal to complain about.
During the time from getting our food till we had both eaten some of our meals our waitress again did not show till we ate and waited another 15 minutes. At this point me and my partner were both ready to go home and we finally got a box for the remaining food and paid our check. We returned home to find that the Alfredo pasta my partner had taken home had a massive disgusting clump of hair in it.
Overall the entire time I was at this restaurant me and my partner were given disgusted looks and were avoided at all costs. The food was not cooked properly and was obviously not prepared with care as there was someone's disgusting hair clumped up in our food. I will never be returning to this establishment because obviously me and my partner were not wanted here.
I would highly recommend avoiding eating here at the risk of hair in your food and extremely stuck up and...
Read moreMy partner and I came in for a meal yesterday after visiting Gull Meadows. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. We were ignored at first and then the girl at the host stand looked irate that we were there, enough so that she had someone else who was in the middle of bussing a booth come and seat us. We requested a booth and were sat and handed menus. We continued to sit for another 10-15 minutes before anyone asked if we had been checked on. We had already looked at the menu prior and only needed about 2 minutes to finalize. When our server (not the same girl from the host stand) came back and took the order, she seemed nice, but we wouldn't really know because we barely saw her. Our food (shrimp Alfredo and a burger and fries) took 35-40 minutes more to come out, during which time we didn't see our server at all. After the food came out, we ate a bit and figured it was fine enough. I asked for a box, because I figure at least the food was okay and I can eat it for lunch tomorrow. NOPE. I'm putting the Alfredo into a bowl to heat up, and as I scoop out the last bit, there's a HUGE hair glob entangled in all the noodles at the bottom.
We will NEVER eat here again. It was stuffy, the service was super sub par for a place charging an extra 3.5% on credit card transactions AND the food was not safe to eat. Take your business elsewhere because for the price you'll pay here, it's NOT worth a...
Read moreMy wife and I and another couple enjoyed our first time here this past Friday evening. The place was pretty busy, a 20 minute wait for a dining room or outdoor table but they had a four top in the bar and we were seated immediately. The hostess immediately brought us water as she said it would be a moment before our server, Carie, got to us. Carie was fun and extremely busy but we weren't in a rush. I had a couple Sazerac Old Fashions which were on special and quite tasty. My buddy enjoyed a couple of different microbrewery beers from a decent number of choices. The ladies took Carie's suggestion on the brand of wine and they liked what she poured. We tried the Crab Rangoon appetizer and it was excellent, very large individual pieces. The Buffalo Rangoon looked interesting too, maybe next time. Everyone was happy with dinner as well, especially the Bourbon steak. The manager (possibly the owner) came by a couple of times to see how we were doing and he was also helping the wait staff. Prices were decent and the atmosphere is loud and friendly in the bar area, where they have a number of TVs tuned to sports. I'm certain they will continue to be busy as it is a great spot and it is wonderful that the building is back in action. There is a relatively new Mexican restaurant in the building next door that used to be a breakfast place, so the area...
