We are on our way back to the Twin cities and decided to pull off and stopped to get something to eat at NW since we have not been there in many many years. We were totally blown away on how much the menu has been updated and how much more you guys are offering for food. What we really like those that we got our food pretty much pretty fast, and also that you guys had A&W souvenirs for sale. We bought some and couldn't be happier. So not only great food for the area but also souvenirs from A&w which are hard to find. You're not closed that store keep it going 😁 And of course. The Root beer was totally awesome😎

Stopped by on a road trip for lunch. The consistency and color was kind of weird (bluish and alittle gooey ) so I made a visual representation of my burger when I got back home. I didn't want to complain about it or go somewhere else so I just ate it. Everyone had a pretty good attitude there so I let it ride. Thanks guys.

A&W located at 780 1st St SE, Richmond MInnesota offers a fun and tasty experience! Great location, easy to find, lots of parking, very clean and friendly staff. The A&W Rootbeer is made on-site with ‘real cane sugar’. Worth a trip and a sweet experience! Well done!

The workers were more concerned with leaving work for the night than actually giving me what I ordered! I ordered my food through the drive thru at 8:45, a simple cheeseburger with poutine. The guy taking my order even asked "would you like fries?" And I said "No, poutine please". And the serve responded "ok" so I assumed he heard me. I even ordered a brisk afterwards and they managed to get that right. So I pulled forward, paid and left. By the time I got back home and opened the bag it was too late to go back. They gave me regular fries despite specifying that I wanted some freaking poutine!! If you don't want to make the poutine because it takes five minutes longer to make versus throwing some lukewarm french fries in, why bother staying open till 9 at all?? If you dont want to serve me properly at 8:45 then maybe you shouldn't be...

I'll start by saying the cheeseburgers were fantastic!!! Now the service was a little lackluster because I felt like I was being rushed through the drive-thru, And I was missing an order of onion rings, and received a small order of french fries when I ordered a large. I'm not sure if I got someone else's order or it was just a mess up. I was too far away by the time I noticed, I called phone rank about 25 times before I gave up. I wasn't too angry, I'm still going to go back and get another one of those fantastic cheeseburgers hopefully they'll get the rest of my...
