Bizmah Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

I did a delivery order. Pizza and two orders of chicken wings. once placed it said it'll be about 45 minutes or less for delivery to come which is normal. It took about an hour and a half for them to come. I understand other people order delivery and we probably had other orders in front of us. Finally he came and instead of knocking at the door he called telling us he was there and to come out and get our food. Which is unusual. I told my nephew to go get the food, he opened the door thinking he was there but once he realized he had to walk out to get the food he closed the door to get his shoes on. And the man blared his car horn at him like we were holding him up or something. I thought that was extremely rude considering that he wouldn't even walk 10 feet out his car to bring us our food that we paid for. To make matters worse he handed my nephew the food through his car window, didn't even open the door or get out the car to give it to him. After all that the food was extremely cold and tasted old like it was from the night before, the chicken wings (if you even call it that) were tiny and had little to no chicken and an abundance of breading. It was just a bad experience and they won't be getting my business anymore. Considering I spent almost $40 without a tip for that little food. I wish I got delivery...

Well there was numerous issues about this experience at this hair store located off of Jefferson Davis and in between Edwards in Fairfax Street. For one on their menu is says the price of a milkshake is $2.99, so I had placed an order for a chocolate milkshake and asked for it to be sick when I ask for it to be sick they told me that for a thick milkshake that it would cost $2 extra. He also asked me if I would like my milkshake Frozen or soft, isn't a milkshake basically a stick hand blended shake that you are able to comfortably spoon out your bite while it starts to melt down enough for you to be able to drink it through a straw. well he brings my milkshake to me and it is completely Frozen and you could tell that it was not mixed at all that it was just scooped out of a container straight out of the freezer. Aside from the issue with the milkshake the cleanliness of this so-called business there was mold on some of my food, there were roaches coming out of various places in the store and there were nice behind the drink refrigerator. So yeah, wonderful experience right? Will NEVER bring my money there again and will not refer them to anyone I...

I ordered through Slice and it told me that the order was delayed and would take over an hour, but an actual person called from the shop and assured me that it was on it's way after maybe 15 minutes and said it would be here in 20 minutes. The guy was here right on time. He wasn't super friendly, but he did the job, and the tip was already paid for the contactless delivery. I got a 12" Meat Lover's Pizza, which was thin crust, but not too thin and not greasy at all, and cooked to perfection. The white dipping sauce really made the meal for me since the meat wasn't spicy and didn't have a super strong flavor. It was just enough for a big man to eat in one sitting, so I would go for a larger size for more people. I probably would have gone away hungry if I hadn't also ordered a Jamaican Beef Patty out of curiosity. This was surprisingly crisp and flaky, and the meat was just spicy enough to know it was there.
