Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

i hardly eat fast food, but burger king is one of the fee that i enjoy. after going to the gym i wanted some burgers. got a small combo price was good but the burger had no patty inside! i came back inside after going to my car and realizing, i told the cashier and she told me to give her a second. She calls the supervisor and tells her what happens which i dont understand i would've been happy with just a new burger but instead i waited 15 minutes for the manager or supervisor to come ask me what happened as if i grabbed the patty and chucked it out so i could be dealing with this situation, again i explained there was simply no patty. she looked like she understood and 10 minutes later i get handed another burger, skeptical i check it right in front of them all. it was just bread and the meat!!!! i explained i still wanted the burger i paid for with lettuce and tomatoes i was furious because what if i would've trusted that they made the burger right i would have went all the way home and then noticed the error. the only reason i came to burger king was to be in bed by 10 i ended up spending an hour because of this whole situation and wasn't offered and gratitude just confused stares from all the employees like i did something wrong, their careless attitude for this mistake upsets me and makes me never want to come here again. the food was cold by the time i had it but i was to tired at this...

what can i say burger king got the burger beat for that area. reason it only burger place around but they dont fry there burgers and they are not grease so not much pounds put on that day (i am joking) all fast food is a heart killer just eat one that way you can have the chocolate shake nice but the place is not to clean uner the table people leave there gum. for when they come back but oh well i havent been back someone can have mine . the bath room is locked cos of all the drug people who cant wait to get around to the back of building. oh well another day gone so im gone i hope people dont get mad at me for me telling about there place but its ok ive been in worst . try Macdonald's on Norwood it was gross one day just terrible but that is another story take care just clean up after yourself. then you will be happy for the next person who gets to eat at a clean place and will appreciate...

I have been here about 20 times and almost always there's a problem with my order. Today's chicken sandwich had nothing but chicken and pickles. Ordering two of the same breakfast sandwich and you often get two different ones. Update - 27 minutes from entering drive thru to getting food... Only 7 cars ahead of me. Usually they are out of breakfast biscuits so plan on getting the soggy croissants. I hope when they close a bunch of Burger Kings, this is one of them. Maybe we'll get a decent fast food breakfast stop in the neighborhood. Again I ordered the breakfast biscuits and was told no there's none left...
