I would give zero stars if that was an option! I have been stopping here since they opened since I live a mile away, and the service has always been sketchy, I rarely see the same crew 2 weeks running, but last week took the cake. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 4 cream, 2 mocha, and no ice. When I got to the window I handed a very bossy young lady my debit card and saw 5 or 6 young people crowded into their small space and a young man handing my coffee to her. I do give her credit for checking the tag with the contents before handing it to me. She raised her voice and told him that there was ice in the coffee and to fix it! He started to make a new one at which she said, "Give me that, I will show you." and she removed the lid, picked up a straw that was laying on the counter, and started flicking ice into the sink. I was in shock. She did not wash her hands, use sanitizer, nor don gloves. She had been taking payments at the window and now her bare dirty hands were in my coffee. She handed it to me and I drove off still shocked by her treatment of her coworker, when I realized that there was no way I would drink that coffee. I pulled over and called them, but no answer. Over the next 2 days I repeatedly called and got no answer. I then called corporate and was told that they would send my concerns to the district and I should hear from them. NOTHING. This was a week ago. I understand how hard it is to get people to work, but the lack of follow-up is completely unexcusable. DON'T GO TO...
Read moreAs a former Starbucks employee, I try to put myself in the shoes of the employees, and give them the benefit of the doubt. But the last few times I’ve gone I’ve never cringed harder. For starters, the older lady with the white hair should not be in charge of the drive through, let alone any position that requires interaction with customers. Both times I’ve dealt with her she’s had a nasty attitude and tried talking over me to argue about the way I misnamed what I was ordering. I was always told if you’re not sure what a customer is trying to order, you’re supposed to try to effectively communicate with them to try and help them out, even if it’s frustrating, but she was definitely not helpful. Then, when we got to the window to get our order, she forgot one of the food items. When I asked her where it was she was just like “I forgot”. No remorse whatsoever, almost like she couldn’t have cared less that she forgot the food item. Let’s just say if I acted like that at Starbucks, I’d be lectured like there was no tomorrow. By no means am I trying to get this woman fired or anything, but someone seriously needs to talk to her about her attitude if she’s going to keep being put on drive through, because she should know better. You don’t have to be overly fake and peppy, but just be respectful. If nobody is able to do that, then maybe she should just be put in a position that requires less human...
Read moreOrdered a mobile order on my way to Dunkin’s, no one in line in the drive thru, the lady taking orders told me they just received it…no problem I knew I probably would wait a few minutes…get to the window and the guy with scruffy beard opens window and looks at my coffee and hands me a straw and says “here” and I could tell my coffee was made wrong but I didn’t bring that to his attention he saw that he made it wrong and then fixes coffee and comes back to window and says “could you give us 5 minutes to at least make your coffee before you’re sitting here at the window (I never said a word about having to wait) closes the window and stomps off and throws something across the counter like I did something wrong. Customer service is great here! And my coffee was horrible. Three people with no customers in store or in the drive thru and I get reamed for arriving too fast. I get coffee EVERY DAY. Will never go back to...
