El Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Richmond

Waited in line at the taqueria cashier to order, 3 mins waiting and she asks me to pay at the chevron cashier. No problem so I walk over there wait in line to buy food. As the line gets helped a new line forms at the taqueria, once it’s my turn to pay at the chevron cashier I tell the lady. I was waiting in the other line and she asks me to pay at this one now there’s a line over there. She says I can wait in the line. “This is Friday morning” people work nearly 7 min waiting in lines and then she wants me to wait in a food line. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I asked them for a number to speak to owner she gives me his name and then a number. I call the number outside and it directs me to the taqueria lady’s. Worst customer service ever. I’ll never...

Got there at 12:50PM on 2/21/2025, and waited for my phone order, no one helped me for about 4 minutes while they just looked and continued walking back and forth. Ordered an Al Pastor super burrito.
