KFC — Restaurant in Richmond

My mother and I recently visited this establishment. First it’s gross and dirty as soon as you walk in. Second when we went to order at the counter the kid was nice enough but the owner kept butting into us ordering and messing up our order by confusing the kid. We get our order in and go sit to wait. Finding a clean table is almost impossible. While waiting the owner is arguing with all his employees loudly. Belittling them! I am surprised he even has employees the way he treats them especially the females. We get our food and they forgot my moms coleslaw. I go request it and almost slip on the greasy floor. I told him he needs to mop the floor. His response was i put a sign up. Mind you I never even saw the sign until he pointed it out. While I waited for the coleslaw he screamed and argued about it to his employee. She kept trying to talk to him about it but he wouldn’t listen. So while we ate all you could hear was him yelling at his employees. Then he had the balls to make her come and apologize to my mother and I. We told her she was fine and that she shouldn’t be apologizing for his behavior! We will...

The KFC/Taco Bell in Richmond Missouri is absolutely TERRIBLE! I took my sandwich back an was handed cold bacon to put on my food. My husband was over charged, an his food wasn't even right. Not to mention that is rice was so hard he couldn't even eat it. Everyone that came in there tonight including us had to send there food back. The workers in that place honestly should be ashamed an embarrassed of themselves, if I was the manager of this store I would have fired everyone that was working tonight. I literally had them give me all my money back. The owners of this store either need to step up an do something about it, or close the doors. I will never go back there again. One guy called his food in 30 min before arriving an when he arrived he stood there for over 30 min due to his food not even being cooked! I am just absolutely blown away at how terrible this...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Driving back from a funeral, decided to stop for a quick meal. First mistake. The restaurant smelled, looked, and felt dirty. Ordered our meals, and sat down to wait at one of the cleaner tables. And waited, and waited, and waited. Took 20 minutes to get our first meal, fries were cold, food was meh. 23 minutes to get the second meal, also food was basically edible. Side note, my brother ordered tacos without lettuce and I watched the employee scrape the lettuce half-heartedly off his tacos. Moving on my father finally stood and waited at the 30 minute mark for his food. Potatoes and biscuit had sat for 5 minutes while he waited on chicken.
