Krispies' Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Richmond

I stopped eating at this place back in 2009. Back then I worked the night shift. And I was catching the bus to work. It was winter time and there is a bus stop right outside of their business.

It was 30 minutes before they were going to close. And approximately 30 minutes before my bus was to arrive. Since it was cold outside, I figured I would order some wings. I could wait inside in the warmth and eat while waiting for my bus.

I ordered the last few wings that they had. I sat down facing the window. They immediately proceeded to close for the day. They informed me that they were closed and that I had to leave. I said no, I ordered my food and I am gonna sit here and eat. Well they started turning off all of the lights, locking doors, and the entire family came out and told me that they were closed. They refused to give me a refund and I left and waited outside for my bus.

I said that I would never eat there again and I haven't. The entire community needs to stop eating there so that they can go out of business. I am rarely on that side of town anymore. But I am disgusted to see that they are still...

They have really good chicken sandwiches, potato wedges, sweet tea, lemonade, and chicken livers. They are always very respectful and professional as far as customer service goes and I have never had a problem with them or their food so I recommend people who like the things I listed to give them a try if you have not. There is only one inconvenience! If you have a very big vehicle it is best to park in the back of the restaurant because their parking lot is very small, even if you have a regular size vehicle you can barely fit in the parking lot when they are packed so most of the time I park in the back rather I'm driving a small or big vehicle to be on...

I used to visit this small shop from time to time, as it is a 3 minute walk from my house. The food is good and the prices are reasonable, however, I feel the owners forget who pays them. On the last two occasions I have walked out of the shop without food because of poor customer service. They do not answer the phone to take orders, and, they talk down to their customers. The last time I went in there I was standing in line but they waited on others instead of me... and I am hard to miss @ 6'5" and 330#. I used to spend around $40 a month there, but I wont...
