Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

The evening manager here needs to work somewhere that doesn't have any human i interaction. He has no problem telling me that I can't pick up my order that's paid for. He wants someone to beg for their hot and ready pizza. I may have been on fire but ill never be ready to do that. His words were "you have to get a car to get your pizza. Drive thru only." Since the door displays the lobby stays open til 10 and it was around 7pm that arrived i thought he was joking. I laughed as he locked the door in my face. Some young female was inside picking up her pizza inside and he unlocked the door for her to exit but locked it back up as i stood there surprised at the audacity. This fool is clearly the kind of person who gets power high on the fact he is head of the shift. He was delusional for thinking I would just go buy a car because i needed to pickup less than 10 dollars worth of food that I paid for online. Assuminh that pay online includes benefits like skip the line, i walked over to the drive thru window and asked for my order. He pretended he did not hear me and finally the car waiting for their order asked for mine too. They were in a vehicle so he magically could hear their voices. He was continuing to be rude like he manages the elite and not 4 teenagers who have just began to hit puberty. After spending an hour here creeping around on foot to be handed my purchase, I managed to find 2 customers who were in their car and refused to let the line go on until he handed me my pizza. I will never go there again when that pathetic night shift manager is on the clock. No pizza is worth being treated so invisible like my money...

When I've worked all day and am steadily growing hangry by minute while waiting in your line to get what is essentially my breakfast, lunch and dinner, the very last thing I want to see/hear is the food prep/cashier bent over making references to what is going on between her legs.

Foremost, the topic of discussion is inappropriate for any place of work, nevertheless a food restaurant; be it fast food or not.

Second, to laugh it off is not only immature but rude asf. 😒 There is nothing funny about references made to YOUR crouch around MY food. Which is exactly why upon turning to ask me if she could help me, I chucked the dueces and pulled off. No you can't help me. Help yourself to a clinic.

I will never be eating here again because now your "non STD having-but having HIV" infected being is going to be processing through my head, joke or no joke, gloves or no gloves. Seriously, wth you mean? I don't have an STD but I have HIV?

Not only was the conversation inappropriate but she sounded simple discussing it. Then minutes later I follow up to speak with a manager and I'm bounced around by what sounds like a bunch of children and placed on hold for 2.5 mins, eventually being hung up on.

Wow. Ok.

Y'all can do a lot better than this LC's or maybe you can't. I suppose you get what you pay for though. I can't expect much more from a place selling $5 Hot & Ready's.

The Hangry...

I came to this establishment to pick up a doordash order and from the very start it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The management was extremely rude, the wait time was very long, and it's just all around a terrible place to go and to eat. None of the staff wore masks with the exception of one manager and they had it on their chin. In addition to this, the manager wasn't just rude but was nasty. He spoke under his breath about the doordash orders, when I had to go back to get a second order, he was like "oh no it's you guys again"

My personal experience, when I got to the drive-thru window after waiting about 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru line, I asked for my customers order and was told by two people, several times, that they did not have an order under my customers name. I said the customer's name several times very clearly, I had the customer on the line saying their name, and I showed them my phone with the customer's name on it.. the manager was adamant that they never had an order for this particular customer. When I told them what the order was, they found it and accused me of saying the wrong name over and over. This place is by far the worst place to go for food, for service, everything in general. I do not recommend this store, please stay away. Worst....
