Meh. Disappointed. Really skimpy with the toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni with roasted red onions, 1/2 kalamata olives, and 1/2 fresh mushrooms. I could literally count 15 little slices of olive.. there were so few that it stuck out! Same with the other toppings except the big pepperonis. I like places that put whole or half kalamata olives on their pizza, not just a few little little bits of it. The couple mushrooms and red onions on the pizza were tasty... I wish there were more especially for the price. Maybe this place isn't the right "style" of pizzeria for me... guess I'm a traditionalist and believe that pizza toppings should be generous. Also the crust was so-so... I prefer a little charred and chewy... this was too "light and airy" and bland than I care for. I got it take out and had a 15 minute drive home so that might have been part of it too idk. Reheated in the toaster oven wasn't much better. My meh pizza cost $26! I live in Bolton and there are very limited local options for pizza... but I definitely won't order here again. Worth the drive to Waterbury or Burlington.

Went to Stone’s Throw Pizza after a nice day at the Bolton Access Road Swim Holes. It was the perfect place to close out a beautiful day of sunshine with a nice gourmet pizza in their lush beer garden, overlooking a gorgeous Vermont sunset. We ordered our pizza at the counter and about 20 minutes later brought it out to us. We ordered the Thai style “Satay” pizza, which came with roasted red peppers, pickled cabbage, and a tangy peanut sauce. As other reviewers have mentioned, the crust is not substantial under the toppings, but I quickly got past that after realizing that the crust at the edges had so much flavor and baked with a nice crisp. Not to mention, the colorful flavors of the pizza all coming together really caught my attention. Everything from the cabbage, peanut sauce, homemade ranch, cheese, pizza dough, and even the atmosphere, made this an 5-star experience

This is by far one of the best hidden gem restaurants in VT. From the vast selection of fresh ingredients that literally come from the onsite garden (yes you can walk tho right the garden too) to the beautiful modern rustic interior, and the added bonus of having an outdoor beer garden and fire pit. The pizza is very much a west Coast take on pizza with up scale modern toppings that are made to amaze. If your looking to spice up your pizza and taste a new take on a classic then this is the place to be. This will be are #1 pizza joint now!

Really bummed to post this. The reviews were great about this place, so I’m wondering if something drastically changed recently. Party of four, we dined in and were the only people in there. The first pizza took 30+ minutes to come out, and the next three came out in 10 minute intervals one after another. The dough was visibly undercooked in 3 out of 4 pizzas and the chicken was kind of scary looking on the two pizzas that had it. All the pizzas just tasted bad.

One pizza was gluten free, and I cannot implore someone enough to avoid the gluten free dough. It’s hard enough and expensive enough to find good gluten free pizza— please just grab an Udi’s pizza from your local grocery store.

There’s an automatic 17.5% gratuity applied to each bill no matter party size, and that’s probably a good thing because I definitely wouldn’t have left 17.5%. Our server didn’t check on us once the entire time, which was confusing because there were at least 5 staff behind the counter and no other customers dining in.

Pro: the wine was great! If you’re looking for a place to grab a glass, ours were greatly enjoyed and thoroughly needed.

If one pizza was bad, I could chalk it up to a random bad experience, but all four pizzas prevented me from being able to do that. I honestly do want to believe that somehow this was just a fluke, because the other reviews are glowing. I am hoping it’s just a one-off thing. But if you’re looking for excellent, reliable pizza, I’m sad to say I...

Good pizza, they have a very good and interest combination of toppings (dried cherries or kimchee is not something I would usually consider a pizza topping) but they have really perfected how to add the ingredients together so they complement each other very well!

The pizza dough itself was not my favorite, I usually like thin crust but even though they are advertised as thin crust, the pizzas my friends and I got were definitely thicker than what I would consider "thin". It also wasn't super flavorful or anything to write home about, but the toppings are great together! They also have so many great options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, it is really nice seeing so many options on the menu for those of us with restricted diets!

This is a pizza place, and besides two types of salads that's literally all they have on their menu. Which is great, and everyone loves pizza, but if you were hoping to get some appetizers before or if you have a picky eater I would not recommend this place.

The atmosphere was pretty good for a small pizza joint like this. The space has had so many restaurants in and out and it's really an awkward space with not a ton of room, not many windows, and bad acoustics. But despite being dark and loud, it was a very friendly atmosphere, definitely lots of millenial vibes and a very friendly staff.

I will definitely go back here, I can't wait to try more of...
