Very disappointed with FLBOGO PROMO CAUTION WHEN ORDERING USING APP !
Purchased 2 sandwiches on FLBOGO PROMO but was charged full price for both sandwiches. Subway representatives were very professional and friendly however they could offer no assistance in correcting error. They would not and were told I could not speak to franchise owner. When I spoke to a manager by phone she directed me to website but shared it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the transaction went through correctly and no resolution could be offered. I then asked to cancel my order for a full refund and said she did not have the authorization to issue a credit and my only option was to take the sandwiches since they were paid for. From a customer service perspective this was not a good client experience at all , especially when employees from this location say other customers have complained prior about past "glitches" within the app. Since I was told there is no one to escalate this issue to, I am hoping someone from your executive offices will respond to this feedback and resolve...

I tried to apply a text coupon for a 21 oz drink with purchase today. I did a mobile order and have done many mobile orders here since they opened. They refuse to honor the coupon because I had already paid. I was told to come in and order in person even though the coupon states to just present to cashier. I frequent the location only because they allow mobile orders and are nearby. Today, I was told that I should come in and order in-person because they were not even busy...In other words, It's not us, it's you. Is this how service industry companies work nowadays? While the not allowing someone, who has paid, to redeem a coupon which is the basis for the order in the first place is a Subway corporate issue (fix the app people), the zero effort to try and accommodate and zero respect given to the customer is a YOU problem, not mine. One star review for one...
Read moreI had a good first time experience here. The two sandwich-makers were friendly, fast, and wore gloves for safe food handling. The owner who was at the cash register was friendly and helpful. (I appreciate that!) The dining area was roomy, bright and clean. There are places to plug your devices while you enjoy your meal. (No free wifi though – I didn’t find one when I checked.) I enjoyed my sandwich. (You can make it a meal, where a beverage is added, along with your choice of a bag of chips or 2 cookies.) I love that there are several types of breads to choose from. They had fresh ingredients and I loved that I can choose the number of vegetables that can be added to my sandwich (same goes for the dressing/sauces). They have several beverages to choose from (juices, soda, and bottles drinks). There’s ample parking in front. I will return to this Subway location...
