I have never gotten a passport before, and this place was the only one that had an appointment available as soon as I needed it. Customer service is beyond phenomenal. From the time I called to make sure I knew everything I needed to know to be prepared, all the way to the agent who assisted me today. I was nervous before coming here, thinking this would be like my terrible experiences at the DMV. But that all went away the moment I began interacting with the staff! Money order machine in here has limitation and was done for the day in early morning. Make sure you bring your personal checks per passport application. They charge you $1 per sheet for photocopying your documents on top of the $35 cost. And there is fee for credit card on top. You should bring 2 photocopies of all documents (driver's license, citizenship, birth certificate etc) to avoid this.
