Tivoli’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in Richmond

I normally love the pizza and rave about it to people but WHAT HAPPENED????? Stopped in yesterday evening for my Friday pizza night and how disappointed I was. Besides driving 35 minutes one way to location and spending just under $50, the order was NOTHING to rave about. The crust was so thin I thought I was in New York. Trivolis is a good thick crust pizza with ample toppings. The kind you look forward to reheating the next day. Let me just say I when I called to I didn’t get the response I expected. When your reputation is in the way your staff prepares your product you need to have consistency.

If I wasn’t a long time customer I would not return. Hopefully the next time I do, it will be back to its outstanding pizzas that a road trip...

Would not honor the price from their own online menu...24 pc jumbo square according to their online menu states $27 + $4 ea. additional topping...long story short my total should've been $43+tax....upon pick up it was $55.12..."oh yea we haven't had time to change that menu online yet" was all she could say and would not honor it either...on top of that the pie was all bread and barely warm...3 edge pieces had nearly no cheese cuz the bread rose into a bubble...you only get one chance to make a first impression Tivoli's...this time you failed...the good news is there's a pizza joint on every corner that I guarantee is willing to do better to earn...

First of all, we had high hopes based off all these “rave reviews”… let me start out by saying that this place is not only overpriced but gross. And half our order was missing. No matter how many times I did the math our order was $40 more than it should’ve been. Pizza was dry, burnt and gooey, cheese bread was just dry breadsticks with fake cheese slapped on top and reheated. A complete rip off for money, they clearly have zero respect for anyone eating their dumpster fire food. If I could give zero stars I would, little caesers would’ve been a gold goose compared to this place. Oh, and it took them an hour and 20...
