Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richmond

If there is a rating lower than want to start I would give it to this place I'm a fast food eater I usually have fast food two to three times a day taco Bell is one of my daily visits here in Richmond it's a decent facility just bad employees they have to be one of the slowest taco bells in Michigan they do not provide quality or care I order the same thing every single day from 6 of the $1 chicken quesadillas and diet pop with no ice I tell them I want the quesadillas extra grill and usually half of them are barely even grilled and all floppy I've talked with the cook the managers have gotten free tickets so I could get new I don't know what else you can do I started going inside during my visit because even when there's three cars it takes about 20 minutes plus I don't know how you can run a business this way so I go inside place my order to go go sit out in my truck smoke 2 cigarette's and have some time to spare I go use the bathroom ect come backin the quality of their service is still after waiting all this time no good I will start taking pictures to show you guys what I'm talking about I'm obviously stuck going here because I live in Richmond and usually don't leave but I love taco Bell it self but the store right next door you know the one I'm not going to say the name but their service is amazing you pull up put your order in 2 minute weight max with 10 cars in front of you but the only thing is is it's not Mexican food which is a disappointment too bad there's not a second taco Bell at the end of town I can go to that has better and a good cook and maybe even a good dish washer 😉 I noticed they always have piles of dishes to be washed if you or anybody else reading this thinks you can help this store please do it it will make my...

The burrito was awesome. I love the steak grilled cheese burrito. However, I am sad the double is not on the menu. The pop was out of syrup in one Pepsi, so it was not very good. The soft taco I recipient with my meal was very cold. It was so cold it was like the shell just came straight out of the fridge. No biggie, it happens they were very busy in the drive-thru. The problem was with the service. When I took the taco up to ask for a hot one, the first person who saw me looked upset that I was there. He told the other kid, and the other kid came over and kind of rolled his eyes at me. All I wanted was the hot frest food that I ordered. I know the driveway was busy, but hey, customers inside are equally important. I would like to add that this young man was not wearing his hat properly. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a hat on to keep hair out of people's meals if he has it combed over the top of the visor. Please make him cover his hair. Food wasn't bad service. However, that's another story. One poor guy waited for over 25 min for his food . At least the girl that brought him his food apologized and said there was no good...

Natalie was a gem. She's the local DM and it was really nice to have an adult convo with a younger person. This interaction could have gone really bad, really fast. When I approached the counter, I was asked right away if I was using the app to order.This is what's becoming routine at all of the drive throughs and fast food restaurants. I'm a geek.I was programming computers before most people reading this were a thought in their parents' head.. The first thing that I asked her was the kiosk accessible. It was NOT and #TacoBell, you need to do something about this, pronto. I looked it over.There's some sort of speaker or plate that's supposed to be attached to the kiosk.There is an audio speaker button.But that's not going to help somebody that's blind.I taught blind children my entire life and my daughter died a quadriplegic.
