Called ahead for boasted chicken , got a time it would be ready, go to pick it up and they said you called after we stop taking orders for chicken. Cook refused to make it even though we were given a time for pick up. not the first time we have received awful service here. Bartenders do not pay attention, too busy smoking outside or on their phone and then take forever to get you anything. They are rude, and intoxicated.
