I only gave service one star because it was required. Every time I come in here the workers are too busy with socializing to take my order and when they do they forget things (especially donuts and munchkins). Example: This morning my bf and I went through the drive thru and got food and munchkins, arrived at the window and the worker was having a 10 minute long conversation with a friend after giving them their drinks, and when we finally got to the window we waited about 10 more minutes because our food wasn't ready (which is no big deal i get it takes time to make food) but when it came out the lady didn't give us our munchkins and we had forgotten about them after spending 25 minutes in the drive thru. Two days in a row I went to Dunkin’s on 119 Rindge, NH and they got the order wrong each time, it also took a long time to make the order. They did redo the misty however, I had to wait quite awhile. I asked to speak with the manager to let him know that the orders are being made wrong and that the store is losing money when this happens and it builds a bad reputation. When the manger Chris of store number 358598 in Rindge came to the drive-through window he was indignant and defensive. He did soften some however he never apologized and was kurt. They missed a few items and we had to go up and ask where they were. They had no receipt and had to print one just to give us a muffin and still didn't give us the sandwich we paid for.
