Subway — Restaurant in Rio Grande

Horrible! Tried to call for 20 minutes, drove over, had to push the button for help, all 3 employees came out of the back. When told the phone was busy they picked it up and pushed a button, it started ringing. Ordered 3 footlong meatball subs. One had 3 meatballs, one had 4, one had 5. When I called back to complain the employee kept interrupting me and telling me I was wrong, no one had to push the button for help and the phone was fine. I told her to stop interrupting me, but everytime I tried to talk she started telling me how wrong I was!! Never addressed the inferior and inadequate subs.Someone needs to manage...

I ordered on my App, specifically said extra, extra BBQ on rib sandwich...barely had any!

The pizza sub was supposed to have only pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, I specifically said NO SAUCE in notes and subtracted it from ingredients, it was gobbed with sauce and had American cheese!! I was traveling and didnt have the time to take this order back, but I have pictures!!

Do NOT order unless you're standing and watching their every move! Now my kids will not eat this sub w all this sauce on it! Wasted money!...and my BBQ is not tasty either without...

Nice people run this location and they run it well. They were polite, quick, and the subs were great. There were a lot of new subs plus nachos and other things to try. I actually ordered something different from my usual Italian sub. They have a lot of different chips, cookies, and beverages too not just fountain drinks. It’s clean and bright as well as tucked away a bit with nice scenery to look out at. If you need a pit stop or you’re just filling up with gas you should stop in here whenever you’re...
