Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rio Grande

Let me start by saying, dayshift is fine. Eat here during the day, you'll get what you ordered. No problem. However, staff is incredibly rude during night shift and they won't give you what you ordered 9/10 times, from my experience. They gave me a chalupa shell with ONLY cheese and sour cream, as a regular chalupa. What? Instead of telling you they're out of something or maybe just don't feel like making it, they're likely to piece together whatever random ingredients they can, with some semblance of what you ordered (if you're lucky), and serve it to you. Not sure if it's out of spite or they just really, REALLY, don't know what they're doing. Gave them a second chance and it was the same shenanigans. It's my bad for giving them another shot, but at least I found out the hard way so that you don't have to. Definitely recommend to steer clear or else you'll probably end up wasting your money and still hungry. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else, or at least have corporate on speed dial so that you can get your money back after they serve you something that you'll end up throwing away.

BE ADVISED SHADY EMPLOYEES!!! DONT ORDER DOORDASH OR IT WILL BE POTENTIALLY STOLEN BUT NOT REPLACED! I've ordered delivery for the past 2 nights. Lastnight 3/08/2025 and tonight 3/09/2025. Both times my orders were canceled. On the first night my order was never even acknowledged for over an hour. Called them and was told they had closed early because it was daylight savings time. Tonight, 3/09. Ordered again, my order was never acknowledged for over an hour. Doordasher arrived and was told they didn't have my order. When I have screen shots with time stamps saying they were still preparing it. Doordasher was told it was potentially college kids taking it. But it was never even ready for pickup. I ordered the 3 Taco Supreme Meal and Cinnamon Twists. The twists were stale... again! I ordered the tacos without tomatoes. I was asked if I meant without lettuce. I again said I didn't want tomatoes, and I wanted them with everything EXCEPT tomatoes. He said it doesn't come with tomatoes. I said, "It's does in the picture." Anyway....I got 3 tacos. Two had meat, SMALL amt. of cheese and TOMATOES (no lettuce!)! The other one ONLY HAD MEAT AND CHEESE, NOTHING else! I paid for SUPREME!
