Quality here is good, but customer service is seriously lacking. Barista who took our order seemed new or confused, only gave us our food and 1 of our 2 drinks. We waited about 10 minutes, figured they forgot about it and let the other employee know we were missing a drink. No worries, stuff happens. This employee told us sorry it wasn’t me it will be out soon. She waited for the other girl to come back from break or the bathroom or something for several minutes and then had her make our drink instead. It was 20+ minute wait for an iced chai? I stumbled upon this place accidentally after visiting the dispensary next door. I decided I deserved a little snack, so I popped in one day and I keep coming back. Not only are the drinks incredible (seriously, get the lavender lemonade! It’s delightful!), they have vegan baked goods! My son has dietary restrictions and a ton of food aversions and we get him the vegan Bundt cakes because he dove in without question on the first one! This new place is pretty neat. I met some friends here for a quick brunch. I chose a blueberry muffin the size of a softball! I also had a hot chocolate. Both were decent. I have had better blueberry muffins from Sam's Club. But the cocoa was tasty. The atmosphere was enjoyable and there were several tables with plenty of seats. The staff was pleasant.
