3 times in the past 12 months I have tried to purchase a 12 pc leg/thigh meal w/choc.cake as advertised for my guys at my shop, and even though I call ahead and order giving them almost an hour lead time, they always fumble the order and take forever, or have to make substitutes or can't get the register people to get order entered properly. It is a sad sad joke, and even though I love the food, I can't pay five guys to sit and wait for me to treat them to lunch past the time I was told it would be ready $$$ plus I am the idiot holding up the only register line for 20 minutes during lunch rush! It's just bizarre that mngmnt can't get this worked out when they have lead time. So my next treat for crew lunch will be Subway or someplace that can get this correct. Check out the sign picture...the way the other folks behind me in line felt about this, this designates the place of shame cause they think I am to blame for all the delay when in fact KFC has some big corporate, training and planning issues in this store. Personnel here are not even familiar with the products...

I want to start off by saying this place is really stingy with their sauces I asked for a hot sauce and they only gave me one pack I asked for honey they only gave me one pack I asked for ranch and barbecue and they only gave me two of each. I ordered a family meal a 16 piece 12 piece family meal and I asked for all crispy they repeated my order to me just to serve me any way they want, and I paid for all crispy and they still did half and half. KFC should be a shame of having a franchise with these type of Employees that is not meeting there customer service satisfied, especially if they drive way out to that location to be able to feed a big family of eight after a long day of work and sports with children.These employees do what they want and the franchises don’t even know what’s going on with the name that they built for generations and generations. I tried to call they never answer.If I didn’t live so far I definitely would have drove right back to the location for this...

Placed order on drive thru speaker, pulled up to the window to pay and was rudely told that since the cashier did not cofirm my order, i have to drive around again and place my order. After explaining that its not my fault the cashier didnt confirm my order, the a-hole of a manager would not take my order at the window. The only way to place my order is to drive around the drive-thru again. This crew needs to be sent to a class for customer service. What happened to " The customer is always right"? How much effort does it take to get my order on the window vs me driving around the drive-thru again. After this horrible experience, will not buy from this...
