Took my grandmother here for a Reuben today; the food was good and enjoyed the atmosphere! However, it was not easily accessible for handicapped individuals and needs major improvements on that end. Was 7-10 obstacles getting inside, and there’s a short pole at the only handicap spot with a slight drop off on the other side making it very hard to get in, and DIY ramp connecting two stairs was a major hazard. Front porch was very hard to navigate as well as getting in the front door (large weird step). I love the atmosphere and she did too but was so sad it was so hard for her to get into! Needs lots of work in order to be ADA compliant. We would come back if it was accessible. I never got a hello - they never acknowledged me except when I went to the counter to order and still never got a smile or a welcome in. - certainly not what I was expecting for a neighborhood market. Wow, when you spend $25 on a sandwich, a couple of drinks and a bag of chips at lunch thought I might be greeted better really wasn’t a friendly experience at all. Yesterday I had their Reuben and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had (and I moved here from Cleveland where corn beef is a corner deli sacrament).
